  16. The freeware downloadable from the freeware.sgi.com Website consists of an
  17. assortment of binary and source code format software packages (the
  18. "Freeware"), which is made available from various vendors, including SGI and
  19. others.  Accordingly, each of the vendors, or even third party suppliers to
  20. those vendors, are themselves the providers (and, in most cases, the
  21. licensors) of the separate software packages.

  24. The terms and conditions applicable to use of the downloaded software may be
  25. presented in any of a number of ways, as determined by the individual
  26. providers of the Freeware.  They may appear in README files, in COPYING
  27. files, in bootscreen licenses, in "clickwrap" or "clickthrough" licenses, in
  28. forms for which you are invited to write away, or not even appear at all.
  29. Some may even be contributed to the public domain.  SGI does not scrutinize
  30. or monitor the Freeware for such considerations, and is not responsible in
  31. any way for the content of the Freeware or any related licenses, copyrights,
  32. legends, notices, or the like, or the lack thereof.

  38. WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY,
  39. SATISFACTORY QUALITY, SECURITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
  40. NONINFRINGEMENT. SGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
